• Positive: The location is great, the outdoor terrace is delightful, and all but one of the staff members were outrageously friendly and helpful. The free Internet stations were a bonus!
• Negative: There was nothing to dislike about this place. It's not for someone who expects luxury, but it is very clean and ideally situated for visiting La Alhambra and touring Granada.

• Staff: 7.5 Three of the four staff members were so incredibly helpful and sweet to us that I wanted to write about them specifically. One person on the staff was more cool and cordial but still willing to help when asked.
• Quietness: 7.5 Our room had a street-facing window and we occasionally heard some noise. (Not much, though!)
• Room: 5 The room had enough space for the two of us and our luggage. The air conditioning and television worked well. We could see La Alhambra if we leaned out the window!
• Value for money: 10 We were quite happy with our choice and would recommend it to others.

• Positive: The room and the view. The room was well-appointed and clean and the view was magnificent. Also, the free wireless Internet was most appreciated.
• Negative: No soap! But this was not a big deal, as we had our own. Also, it was too bad that breakfast was not included in the rate.
