• Positive: Excellent service - the people at the front desk were there 24 hours, gave us a complete overview of Granada and all their recomendations, made dinner reservations for us at a recommended restaurant, held our bags after we checked out until our flight, let us check in early, upgraded our room... it was great. Pretty view, nice room, and perfect location. There is also internet available.

• Positive: La atención del personal. IMPECABLE. Muy atentos, nos proporcionaron datos de que lugares visitar, de horarios, etc. Si quieren un hotel en donde te atiendan como en casa no duden ni un segundo en ir a este.
• Negative: Estuve hospedado en una habitación superior y esta bien. Un poco chica y sin armario. Por lo demas muy bien. Las vistas son muy precarias.
