• Positive: The Location, right near the "Juderia" and close enough to walk to the Alhambra! The Reception personnel were so helpful in obtaining tickets for events and full of information! Gracias.

• Quietness: 7.5 Can't expect much quiet when Spain wins the World Cup and your window faces a street!! :-)
• Room: 7.5 Very clean and neat but a little small.
• Value for money: 10 The location and staff made it all worth it and cancels out any neagtives.

• Negative: Minor cracks in the ceiling, one of the front desk staff members was less informed than the person who greeted us at check-in, and another seemed to be in bad mood. Also, we booked a bath at the Arab Baths, and we were not given a ticket or told who to pay, so there was a bit of confusion at the baths, but everything worked out in the end.

• Room: 10 Very small, but well designed. They have managed to fit in all necessary amenities into it. Our room did not have any view.
• Value for money: 7.5 Overall good value for money by Europe standards.
