• Negative: Vaya cara que tenéis más grande, no me dejasteis cambiar mi reserva por ir en temporada más baja, sabiendo perfectamente que ibais a alquilar la habitación sin problema alguno siendo el concierto de U2 y ahora me mandais esto? Jamás volveré a hacer una reserva más con vosotros, sois un hotel con muy poca categoría, en todos dan facilidades para cambiar y más cuando es a una temporada más baja. Y por supuesto me encargaré de recomendar a mis amigos, familia y conocidos que ni se les ocurra ir a vuestra cadena... bye
