A la llegada se me hizo pagar la estancia, cuando en realidad la política de mi empresa es que el hotel o su central de reservas, según se específica en mail, tiene que mandar una factura proforma para el pago de la habitación antes de producirse el alojamiento. Mi empresa no había pagado la estancia porque no se había enviado por parte de Uds. dicha factura proforma, aunque el día de mi llegada me dijeron que sí que se había enviado. Al día siguiente lo comprobé y no se había mandado dicha factura proforma.
