• Staff: Not rated no smiling, no eye contact, no help with the luggage, no offer help to open the door even if a lady alone tring to access to the hotel with big luggage and staff at front desk is without guests, really bad welcoming.

• Value for money: 10 You get what you pay for and this was a reasonable cheap holiday in a good value hotel
