• Positive: Attentive friendly welcome by efficient staff in all departments.Luxurorious magnificently designed Hotel interior and grounds.A beautifully furbished bedroom with lovely views.Feeling relaxed and pampered.Delicious breakfast and salad lunch in lovely surroundings.Moorish and modern archicture with fountains, running water, and beautiful mosaics and arches.MOST importantly,special price offers that we could afford.Oh yes and a comfortable bed!
• Negative: The thought that the Hotel might have to close. Rather a lot of stairs and walking for elderly guests from reception/dining areas to bedrooms.Poor toilet access and facilities in swimming pool area.Felt it was too expensive to have an evening meal at the hotel. Bar charges also prevented one from feeling one could relax there and meet other guests and be sociable---and they all seemed such nice guests!
