• Positive: Room was very clean on arrival and cleaned daily. Good shower.
• Negative: Room was rather basic, old CRT TV, had only two English speaking channels. Balcony privacy was limited, boards to neighbouring rooms wasn't sufficient. Air conditioning wasn't working.

• Quietness: 5 With Balcony door closed very quite, although some noise can be heard from room above. With balcony door open quite noisey however being on the beach front that is to be expected.
• Room: 5 Room size was ok, Old CRT TV, heating but air conditioning wasn't working. Safe was in room but wasn't working.
• Value for money: 5 I paid €45 per night. I wouldn't have been happy paying any more than this.

• Negative: At breakfast if you sit near the window you're deafened by the noise and clanging of the staff clearing the dirty plates and cutlery. No way you would linger over a second cup of coffee..

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Carpet in bedroom needed a good vacuum. Corners of bathroom floor dirty. Was new and modern, but suffering from lack of attention to detail and it shows.
• Location: 7.5 The beach is right there. Next to restaurants and all the seafront type shops.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Bar uninviting, bar staff not welcoming, pool area uninviting.
• Staff: 5 Reception staff were fine. The rest were mediocre.
• Quietness: 5 I guess it was quiet because the hotel felt nearly empty. Just like the other places in Spain we visited this month May 2009.
• Room: 7.5 A good basic room, not huge, but with balcony and sea view. Small bathroom but it was OK.
• Value for money: 7.5 This was the best bit. I think it was 70 euros B&B (double room). But I wouldn't go back. Not so awful, but there are so many better places. Overall Spain is still excellent value even if you assume £1 = 1 euro.

• Positive: The reception staff were very polite and courteous. The room was spacious, well laid out and designed. The staff were very polite overall it was a relaxing and pleasant environment. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable. A very good hotel indeed.
• Negative: The only slight fault I could find was room cleaning/house keeper was not flexible. During my stay I work in my room in the morning and attend meetings in te afternoon, but I found that if I do not allow the house keeper in to clean the room before 11am, the room does not get cleaned for the day.
