• Cleanliness: 7.5 the carpet really needs to be changed. The rest is very good.
• Location: 10 near the harbour, 10 minutes to the train- and bussation and to the centre if the city
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 personal was very friendly and stored our luggage for free. We did not use the facilities. Every day 2 big fresh towels a person. (I would not mind if they were changed a little less or only when you put them on the floor)
• Staff: 7.5 Some staff spook english, some a few words, some nothing at all.
• Quietness: 5 In oktober it is not a problem to sleep with the windows closed. If they are open or sitting on the balkony there is a lot of traffic noice.
• Room: 7.5 large enough room, bathroom with bath and bidet, very good and big beds. Balkony overviewing a busy street, the fontains and at a little distance the ferry-harbour
• Value for money: 7.5 It think the price was OK

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Conozco el hotel desde 1996 y he visto, particularmente en los últimos años, un deterioro pequeño pero constante. Las moquetas son las mismas de hace 15 años; hay pequeñas fallas en la fontanería (yo mismo arreglé el grifo del bidet y el control de paso de la bañera a la ducha); los ascensores son los mismos de hace 15 o más años. En pocas palabras: las instalaciones se avejentan pero los precios están al último grito de la moda.
