• Negative: The heating system. It was either too hot or too cold. Changing the temperature in our room on our own was impossible because the system was on a specific setting. We also wish that it had been easier to understand on the website what the deluxe room offers. The only difference between standard and deluxe was the view; this left us feeling disappointed.

• Value for money: 10 Standard room: yes. Deluxe room: no. The deluxe room is not deluxe compared to the standard room; it should be called "Room with a view" because that is the only difference we saw.

• Location: 10 Perfect location in the city. Easy to walk to various parts of the city in 15 minutes.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The lock of the door did not work properly. On 2nd dat er asked for help but only worked a single time. The day after we asked another employee whifh helped us with the lock. Always very kind people.

• Quietness: 7.5 After 01;00 always quite outdoor. Because we had a room not on the outside it was always very quite however we could always hear neihbours comint home.
