• Positive: Location ( close to every amenity you could wish for ) + sea view and only couple of minutes to the beach. Privacy. Friendly staff. News that MC were buying other apartments in the same block, which has GOT to be good news for our next trip. ( They tend to get snapped up very quickly due to keen pricing ).
• Negative: Having to return home.

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Peace seekers, Business travelers

• Location: 10 Beware that this end of Levante is probably the most vibrant in terms of celebrations that can go on until the wee hours, but that's its charm. ;-)
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Within 5 mins of your apartment, nothing is missing. You need it? It's all there

• Quietness: 5 Hey! This is Benidorm. You didn't come here to sleep?! ;-)
• Room: 7.5 More space than a lot of other apartments in the area. Well built and well soundproofed from your neighbor's. You will hear more noise from the bars than the people next door. :-)
• Value for money: 7.5 Apart from the lack of a safe in the room ( NOT MC's fault ). Covid etc has been responsible for late delivery and supply of these in some of the apartments, so we didn't take issue with them. The room has adequate protection by double locking doors.

• Negative: La habitación no cumplía con todos los servicios que se decían. La televisión no iba bien, apenas había presión de agua fría y no estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos.
