• Positive: The cleanliness, how nice the staff was and how big the apartment was. There was centralised heating and lovely views. Everything was amazing. We'd definitely repeat again.
• Negative: The fact that there was limited hot water... we couldn't even take a nice warm bath because the hot water ran out and then we had to wait for a long while.

• Cleanliness: 10 We had clean towels and sheets all the time. When we reached, everything was clean and shiny.
• Location: 5 There were lots of supermarkets and bars around, but unfortunately it's a bit far from the centre of the city.

• Staff: 7.5 Whoever we did interact with, treated us well and was very polite and kind.
• Quietness: 10 There was a calm atmosphere at all points of the day. The other guests weren't noisy at all.
• Room: 10 Loved the room, the size, the amount of things we had. It was a proper mini apartment. Views could've been better but we can't complain.
• Value for money: 5 I think that as it's quite far from the centre, the price we paid was a little high. A little less would've been worth it.
