• Quietness: 5 Previous quiet, now with this french timeshare, they turned the Italian restaurant into a shouting match.

• Negative: Changes not informed since last stay. No food served in Galleon Bar, not seating under pagoda near volly ball at quiet pool, smoking not allowed anywhere except balcony, centre of restaurant changed to grill and the dessert island has gone, less choices of food, no comfortable seating in the day inside anywhere if it’s cold, have to sit on hard coke plastic chairs in the snack bar. Pools not heated outside so absolutely freezing.

• Negative: It was so different to Our stay 2 years ago. Food was worse, No Zocki Poor entertainment for children day time. We visited 2 years ago, exactly the same time of the year and we had the most amazing time. Food was so delicious, especially in the evening. Each night was small table with the thematic of in particular cuisine Food was different This time was tasty, but from 5* I would rate to 3.5* Lots of stews, very little sea food, often fish was over cooked and over seasoned I’ve asked my parents from Poland to purposely fly and stay at Los Zocos. They travel to different hotels and country’s and from they experience they would score 3* no more. So is a shame as I though we found it hotel for “life” We got two kids and they live to travel. Again, I’ve asked for soft play, reception said this is shut and can’t be used. Outside play area, no swing for toddler and what’s in there looks quite old. Housekeeping poor job, Rooms ok, but looking deeper you will notice they getting quite tired and old So we won’t be returning any time soon Yes we will to Lanzarote but have to find another hotel to go to. Big thank you however to most amazing staff at the Restaurant They work their hearts out there This is the most positive thing for you Los Zocos so don’t wast it. Thank you for Habitus, but sorry uou heading wrong direction in our opinion :-(

• Negative: We did unfortunately get ants in the room and a cockroach so next time I will ask for a higher room
