• Negative: Much too warm in the room and the air conditioning was not working. The breakfast was poor compared to all other 4 stars hotels where I stayed. The poor level of Engl of some staff

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 the restaurant was excellent with a nice service the breakfast could be better e.g. iberico jamon/ lomo could be served as in all other hotels were I have been.
• Staff: 7.5 the level of English is quite poor for some staff
• Quietness: 7.5 some noise at night from the outside
• Room: 10 very cosy deco, feeling of luxury
• Value for money: 7.5
