- Positive: La ubicación, la decoración, la habitación doble superior, el personal del desayuno.
- Negative: El primer día nos dieron una habitación que no habíamos solicitado (una doble de matrimonio en vez de dos camas individuales) y no nos la cambiaron hasta el siguiente porque estaba lleno. La reserva estaba hecha dos meses antes y hasta que no les presenté el documento de la misma el recepcionista decía qureno le constaba que hubiésemos pedido las dobles individuales. El tercer día nos dicen que tampoco les consta en sus datos nuestra plaza de aparcamiento después de estar aparcando dos días en el garaje del hotel. Lo de la habitación nos lo compensaron después de expresarles nuestra intención de presentat reclamación. Prometía más...
