• Negative: La pared del baño de cristal, desde la cama se podía ver a la otra persona haciendo sus necesidades, la puerta medio rota, y ni siquiera cerraba bien, la falta de intimidad, la falta de luz, la cama incómoda, el mobiliario, espantoso y viejo, los aparatos, obsoletos. Las almohadas, incómodas y una de ellas rota. Un sólo cojín. La ducha, se salía el agua al baño y parte de la moqueta. El personal, normal menos una recepcionista que era desagradable.

• Positive: the design of the room and the hall, decorated with art and taste ; the available space in the room, with a luxury bathroom (multiple shower, with nice funny glass walls separating the bathroom from the remaining of the room) ; the situation of the hotel, close to the underground and the Parque del Retiro. This is a rather wealthy neighbourhood, so if you are looking for beautiful stores, art galleries, or high standard restaurant, here is the place. But if you want "movida" and barrio cutre y vivo, this is not the place !
