This is a traditional rural house in a natural setting, only a few kilometres from the airport, Cheste international race circuit and various golf courses. Legend has it that the house was built at the turn of the 18th century by the young Christian landowner, Amador Gutiérrez. His purpose was to create a home for him and his beloved, a young Morisca whose family succeeded in escaping from the expulsion decreed by Philip III of Spain in 1609. Several renovations have maintained the period charm of the property, as well as adding new facilities such as a swimming pool and tennis courts. The rooms, decorated with great attention to detail, all come equipped with flat-screen TVs. Bathrooms include jacuzzis.
