• Staff: Not rated I and my freind felt racism from one crew. We asked her how to book a bus and you can help us. That time, there are one man at reception so she said "I am buzy". We did not want to bother her so we said "we will wait" but she told us now she is very buzy time so she do not know that she can help us. We repond "we will wait" again. She said "OK, I will tell you" and we wait 20 minutes on couch. But she could not help us. Finally 30 minute later when I went to her again, she watched the monitor and told again "I can help you. you should try your phone". We have other contury phone so we can not approach Spain's web site(On Korean web, people upload many blods how hard to access Spain's web) We know, if crew was buzy it will be annoying. But other crews always smile and did the best help us. We had bank problem so we did not all but she never help us and allow to use hotel's computer.(Other crews can help to use computer) Other crews also could annoying and we understand that. Because we use computer for a while. We met crews at pm11, am10 and pm 7. But when we met the rude crew(She worked at pm7) she only told us "I can help you" and we felt she do not like us and some racism. We desided never back to your hotel. If Asian people stay your hotel, they may feel racism.

• Positive: La tranquilidad.
• Negative: Hubo un problema a la hora de recoger los datos en el check in y eso acabó derivando en tener que pagar en efectivo, no emisión de factura en el momento, tener que ser yo quien pidiera que me dieran un justificante de pago aunque fuera escrito a mano... Y tener que reclamar de nuevo la factura una vez ya había llegado a mi casa. La atención al cliente es bastante deficitaria.
