• Positive: Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, FANTASTIC location for art lovers! Excellent breakfast. This has been our favorite hotel in Madrid ever since we abandoned the Hotel Prado and started coming here.
• Negative: You call yourselves a thematic hotel but that description was much more accurate years ago than it is now. You used to have not just names of artists and writers on every room, as you now do, but also a several-paragraph descriptions of each person or work of art. In fact, you used to compile a book with all of these commentaries which you offered free of charge to your clients. I have on in front of me right now. That was a very fine practice, and I suggest that you return to it. My only other compliant is the music you play - it is radically out of step with the thematic element of your hotel. Spanish Renaissance and Baroque music would be a HUGE improvement.
