• Positif: the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful,the room was modern and clean, and everything about the hotel was everything that we wanted,good service,cleanliness,nice staff,and good breakfast,also free internet,will definitley be back again and would recommend this hotel ,stayed here 22/4 until 24/4 and had a great time,no problem with check in and our bags were looked after on the day that we checked out as we had a late flight

• Propreté: 2,5 corridors are very dirty, cleaning service devices everywhere, scratches everywhere on the walls.
• Situation: 10 in the center of the center
• Installations et services: 2,5 only one elevator, very slow and shared with the personnel! no restaurant any more!!!! this is not professional at all
• Personnel: 5 very helpful but sadly useless most of the time, because of a very bad hotel management. too fee staff as well, you wait all the time to find someone from the hotel. many times there's nobody waiting at the reception, this is really giving a bad image of the hotel.

• Chambre: 2,5 it's not worth a 4 star hotel at all, very small, no view, beds are rolling, impossible to make them still because of their wheels, bathroom not bad, TV way too high, lights location not appropriate
• Relation qualité-prix: 2,5 to me it is clearly not a 4-star hotel, at best a 3-star, so of course value for money os really bad
