• Common facilities and services: 10 Very good, couldn’t fault it. Liked the booking system for the sun beds.
• Staff: 10 No issues, the staff were friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet, No issues with noise at all.
• Room: 10 Lovely room, comfortable bed, everything you could want.
• Value for money: 10 In the end you get what you pay for more expensive that other hotel but worth it.

• Location: 7.5 Was a little disappointed having booked a suite and junior suite that our Junior was facing the main bar scene between hoetel and beach

• Staff: 7.5 Staff were excellent, maybe security was a little heavy handed with mask policing people as we checked in and trying to enjoy a glass of chamapagne and take a phone call
• Quietness: 7.5 As above, if the bar scene had been busier we may have been disappointed wiht the room location
• Room: 10 Room was excellent, just a shame it was two single beds pushed together, we noticed other rooms (when the cleaning staff had the doors open) had double or king size beds, much more prefered
