• Location: 10 We cruised with Celebrity lines which docked on your pier upon our return. It made the check in process very easy.

• Staff: 10 Jeorge on our last night in Spain insured that we would have a great night. We was pleasant and accommodating to our every need! He exceeded our every expectation of a staff%27s service to his patrons.
• Quietness: 7.5 We could hear the morning ships leaving port.

• Value for money: 5 On the other hand, we knew that it was an expensive hotel and despite the cost, we would definitely return to this hotel when we travel to Spain.

• Positive: The wonderful breakfast. Lots to choose from, including smoked salmon, cava and fresh strawberries if you fancy a treat.It was also very well organised with great helpful staff
• Negative: The price of drinks and food in the Lobby Bar. A club sandwich was over £15. We didn%27t eat there but we did have a few drinks and paid up for them!

• Cleanliness: 10 Every thing was imaculate all of the time
• Location: 5 A walk from everywhere, only 5 minute walk from the bottom of Las Ramblas which was a plus point.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Had a lovely pool on the roof but it was freezing!
• Staff: 10 Couldn%27t have asked for better. They were helpful and cheerful at all times.
• Quietness: 10 Perfect
• Room: 10 We upgraded and the room was fabulous. The shower was so powerful it knocked you over but you could turn it down. The whirlpool bath was yummy!
• Value for money: 2.5 Don%27t get me wrong the Hotel was stunning but we payed 320 Euros a night when the week before on their website the same room was 240. I could have cancelled and rebooked and saved 240 euros!Lesson leant!
