The hotel is situated very near to the Santa Maria Novella station, a little distance from the Palazzo dei Congressi and the Fortezza da Basso. It is also approximately 600 metres from Duomo cathedral. It is located on the third floor of a building in Alamanni Street, which was built at the beginning of the 20th century and is divided into 12 rooms with wide bright windows and views overlooking the hills of Florence, Piazzale Michelangelo, the church of San Miniato, and other important monuments. The property features single and double standard rooms, as well as deluxe double, double for single use, triple and quadruple rooms. The deluxe accommodations are in the main house, while the standard rooms are situated in the dependance building located 100 metres away. The rooms are furnished in a pleasant and welcoming way, they all have internet access and private bathrooms.
