• Staff: 2.5 Teníamos reserva de alojamiento y desayuno y a ellos les figuraba sólo alojamiento. Lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que quedaba aclarado, pero al marchar del hotel el personal muy desagradable nos dicen que tenemos que pagar el desayuno

• Positive: Two adjoining rooms connected by a door was nice for a family with two large children. The breakfast buffet was great too
• Negative: It was not as centrally located as we had hoped (it would have been nice to be closer to the metro)
