• ここが良かった: The location in the Juderia part of Toledo. Really easy to walk everywhere.
• ここが気に入らなかった: The noise from the street below was loud and contiuned into the night. I could not sleep, and the windows were not very solid. The air conditioner went on and off all night long, and it was not set cold enough. Really a hard two nights stay.

• 立地条件について: 7.5 In the old part of town, close to tourist interests.
• 設備やサービスについて: 2.5 No breakfast facilities and none close by. Car parking further than advertised and complicated to find. Car parking chargeable (10 euro per night) though not advertised as such. About six "keys" required to control entry/exit to room and garage - two had problems, but could be made to work, eventually.
• スタッフ: 7.5 The reception area is a shop. One has to share the receptionist with (albeit few) customers in the shop.

• 客室について: 7.5 Perfectly adequate.
• 満足度は？: 2.5 Had the car parking been included in the price I would probably have said to myself "Well, a bit expensive, but it'll do". As it is though, I think "What a rip-off". I would have been better off just stopping at one of the many, much cheaper roadside hostals; certainly a coffee and breakfast would have been available.
