• Positive: Ease of booking and check in. Reception friendly, welcoming and helpful. Apartment clean and functional.
• Negative: The maid service was inconsistent in that one was good and the other was poor. The terrace got no sun at all. (One of very few I imagine).

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Luxury, Handicapped, Travelers with a car
• Cleanliness: 10 One of the maids came but did nothing ( literally). The other made beds, swapped towels and mopped the floor.
• Location: 10 Well placed near the marina and village centre with shops, supermarket and restaurants. Can be noisy occasionally (bin lorry, vans, motor bikes)
• Common facilities and services: 5 Simple. Happy to give us a coffee machine when we asked.
• Staff: 7.5 Only downside was one maid who didn't appear to be doing her job. Other maid and reception very good.
• Quietness: 7.5 When quiet, lovely. Occasional noise from bin lorry, other vehicles late/ early. Not persistent and not a problem.
• Room: 7.5 Apartment spacious. Utilitarian in a good way. The terrace got no sun at all ( might be different at other time of year).
• Value for money: 10
