• Positive: The convenience of location, price, and the front desk staff that I have known for several years.
• Negative: Much needed renovations were needed, but that meant construction noise that lasted from 8am to 7pm and even on a Sunday. Rest was difficult.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Couples, Budget travelers, Business travelers
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Older travelers, Families, Luxury, Classic style lovers, Handicapped

• Quietness: Not rated Construction in several rooms was ongoing and often lasted from 8am to 7pm, and even included a Sunday and holiday.
